 DDR5 memory was <squeezed> more than 12,000 MHz at room temperature

G.Skill has published a report on the record overclocking of its branded DDR5 RAM without using special tools like a glass with liquid nitrogen. The effective clock speed of over 12,000 MHz was achieved on Trident Z5 modules using standard air cooling.

Corsair has begun selling Vengeance RGB DDR5 CUDIMM RAM with speeds up to 9200 MT/s. The modules are sold in a bundle with a maximum capacity of up to 48GB and feature RGB lighting and an aluminum heatsink.
