OPPO Unveils K15 Pro Gaming Phone with Active Cooling for $435 |

OPPO has unveiled the K15 Pro series of gaming smartphones. They feature powerful hardware, high-refresh-rate displays, high-capacity batteries, RGB lighting, and, most importantly, active cooling to prevent throttling. The base K15 Pro features a 6.59-inch OLED  OLED technology was invented by Eastman Kodak in the early 1980s. OLED panels are made from organic (carbon based) materials that emit light when electricity is applied through them. Since OLEDs do not require a backlight and filters (unlike LCD displays), they are more efficient, simpler to make, and much thinner. OLEDs have a great picture quality - brilliant colors, fast response rate and a wide viewing angle. OLEDs can also be used to make OLED lighting - thin, efficient and without any bad metals.display with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. OPPO calls this size the ?golden mean??large enough for gaming and video, yet comfortable for everyday use. The hardware foundation is the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Super with additional chip-level optimization.The model's main feature is the Swift Cooling Engine cooling system with a fan built into the body. OPPO engineers have implemented automatic speed control, and the noise level is rated at 19 dB. The device is also dust and water resistant to IP69 standards. The smartphone also features a 7,500 mAh battery with 80W fast charging, stereo speakers tuned by Golden Ear Lab, and a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization. It also has some visual highlights: the new model stands out with its cyberpunk design, customizable backlighting, and even interchangeable magnetic elements for customizing the body. The OPPO K15 Pro+ is equipped with a more powerful Dimensity 9500s processor, and the screen has been enlarged to 6.78 inches with a 165 Hz refresh rate.
