The new REDMI K90 Max flagship smartphone has been unveiled. This is a gaming model designed for high performance and stable operation under heavy load thanks to its active cooling system. Additionally, the device is equipped with a high-refresh-rate display and a high-capacity battery. The device's main feature is its built-in cooler. The chassis houses an 18.1 mm diameter fan with a dedicated air duct to dissipate heat from the processor. According to the manufacturer, the system can lower the temperature by 10 degrees in just 100 seconds, and the noise level under maximum load does not exceed 32 dB. The cooler cools the flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, complemented by a separate D2 graphics processor designed to enhance image quality. The smartphone is available in configurations with 12 or 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM The display is a 6.83-inch AMOLED The 8,550 mAh battery supports 100W fast charging. It features 22.5W reverse charging, but no wireless charging. The smartphone's camera setup is straightforward: a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 20MP front-facing camera. It supports 8K video recording. Other features include an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, an IR port for controlling devices, and IP66/69/69 water resistance. Prices start at 3,499 yuan (~$515) for the base 12GB + 256GB model and go up to 4,999 yuan (~$733) for the top-tier 16GB + 1TB configuration. |
