It would seem that RAM DDR5 memory modules are equipped with massive aluminum alloy heat sinks with PCB4X thermal pads. Each pair of sticks can be additionally equipped with a cooler with three miniature fans that support speeds ranging from 800 to 8000 rpm. According to the manufacturer, cooling efficiency when using the proprietary accessory increases by almost 40% compared to the basic capabilities of the heat sinks. The vendor has announced kits of 2 x 16 GB, 2 x 24 GB, 2 x 48 GB, 4 x 48 GB, and 4 x 256 GB. The effective clock speed of the modules, depending on the configuration, is 6000 MHz (CL26), 6200 MHz (CL30), or 8000 MHz (CL36-47-47-108). The release date and prices of the new products have not yet been announced. |
