ASRock has unveiled the 31.5-inch PGO32UFS2C monitor. The model's standout feature is its OLED  OLED technology was invented by Eastman Kodak in the early 1980s. OLED panels are made from organic (carbon based) materials that emit light when electricity is applied through them. Since OLEDs do not require a backlight and filters (unlike LCD displays), they are more efficient, simpler to make, and much thinner. OLEDs have a great picture quality - brilliant colors, fast response rate and a wide viewing angle. OLEDs can also be used to make OLED lighting - thin, efficient and without any bad metals.panel, capable of operating in two combinations of resolution and refresh rate?though the manufacturer hasn't forgotten about other useful features for gamers.Users can switch between two modes: 4K @ 240 Hz and 1080p @ 480 Hz. The monitor screen features an anti-glare coating, DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification, and a color accuracy of Delta E < 2. The new model also supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technology, which prevents screen tearing. The set of interfaces includes two HDMI 2.1 and two DisplayPort 1.4 ports, a headphone jack, and a USB-C With the continued success of the USB interface, there exists a need to adapt USB technology to serve newer computing platforms and devices as they trend toward smaller, thinner and lighter form-factors.
