Kioxia and NVIDIA are working together on a solid-state drive that should deliver a record 100 million random operations per second (IOPS) by 2027. NVIDIA plans to use these SSDs directly with graphics processors, which will enable up to 200 million I/O operations and significantly speed up AI task processing.
