TeamGroup has expanded its product lineup with the T-Create Classic H514 series of drives, designed for heavy workloads. In addition to high data transfer speeds, the new models offer a choice between a classic heatsink and an ultra-thin version based on graphene. All drives in the series support the PCIe 5.0 x4 interface and are equipped with a 6nm controller. According to the specifications, read latency is 0.05 ms, and write latency is 0.015 ms (19% and 27% lower, respectively, than the T-Create Classic I45 with a PCIe 4.0 bus). The company positions these new products as solutions for working with local AI models. The series includes three drives, differing in read/write speeds and cell endurance: 1 TB ? 14,000 / 11,000 MB/s, 600 TBW 2 TB ? 14,200 / 13,300 MB/s, 1,200 TBW 4 TB ? 14,200 / 13,300 MB/s, 2,400 TBW All drives are available in versions with an ultra-thin graphene heatsink (3.7 mm thick, 7 g) and a traditional aluminum heatsink (11.7 mm and 28 g, respectively).
