1. Turn off the phone in any convenient way.

2. Press Volume Up(+) and POWER and POWER simultaneously.

3. When Recovery Mode appears, release all the buttons.

4. Select the option wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm choice.

5. Select Yes menu and press the POWER button to confirm the reset.

6. To complete the operation overload the phone, select reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm the reboot.
