1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press the POWER buttons combination, Volume Up(+) for a few seconds to continue.

3. Select the Recovery mode option using Volume Up(+) to go through the menu and Volume Down(-) to choose.

4. When the Android robot is displayed on the screen, press the POWER button and click the Volume Up(+) button to continue.

5. Select from the menu item wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu, and then press the POWER to confirm.

6. Select Yes - Delete All User Data using the volume up / down buttons to go through the menu, and then press POWER to confirm.

7. To complete the operation overload the phone, select reboot system now using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu, and then press the POWER to confirm.
