1. To start, turn off the phone using the POWER button.
2. At the same time, press and hold the POWER buttons and the Volume Up(+) button for a few seconds.
3. When you see the Sharp logo, release both buttons.
4. When you see the Android No Command logo, simultaneously press the Volume Up(+) button and the POWER button.
