1. Turn off the phone with the POWER button.

2. Click on a few seconds and POWER button for a few seconds.

3. Release both keys when you see the RealMe logo on the screen.

4. Select the desired language using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm the selection.

5. Select WIPE DATA and click the POWER button to confirm the selection.

6. Enter the verification code and click Format Data.

7. Select OK.
