1. Phone need to turn off.

2. After that, simultaneously press the Volume Up(+) and POWER and POWER button together for a few seconds.

3. When the Qmobile logo appears, release the POWER button.

4. When Recovery mode appears, release the Volume Up(+) button.

5. Select from the menu wipe data / factory reset. Use Volume Up(+) To go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm the selection.

6. Now, confirm the operation, select from the menu Yes - Delete All user Data and press the POWER button.

7. Select from the menu "reboot system now" and press the POWER button.
