1. To start hard reset, turn off the phone.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume down and POWER button within a few seconds.

3. Next, you need to release the POWER button, as soon as the OPPO logo appears on the screen.

4. Release the Volume Down(-) button as soon as the language menu appears on the screen.
