1. The phone must be turned off.

2. You need to simultaneously press Volume down and POWER buttons for a short time.

3. Release all keys when you see FastBoot Mode.

4. Select Recovery Mode. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm the selection.

5. When Android Robot appears, press the Volume Up(+) and POWER button.

6. Select from the menu option wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and press the POWER button once.

7. Select User Data Personalized Content and press the POWER button once.
