1. To start the Hard reset procedure, the phone must be switched ON.

2. Navigate to the main menu and open the settings.

3. Open Storage & Backup.

4. In the next step, click Factory Data Reset.

5. Select Reset Phone to Factory Default, Continue by clicking the OK button.
