1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the Volume Down(-) and Volume Up(+) key simultaneously for a few seconds.

3. Holding these keys, press the POWER button.

4. Release the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons when you see the Android image on the screen, and then release the POWER button.

5. Select from the menu item wipe data / factory reset using the Volume down button, and then press the POWER button to confirm.

6. Select Yes - Delete All User Data, and then press the POWER button to confirm.
