1. To start hard reset, turn off your phone.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER keys together for a few seconds.

3. Then scroll down to Recovery mode with Volume Up(+) and press the Volume Down(-) button to confirm your selection.

4. When you see the Android robot, press the POWER button.

5. To select wipe data / factory reset use Volume Down(-), press the Volume Up(+) button to confirm your choice.

6. Select Yes - delete all user data from the menu and confirm by pressing the Volume Up(+) button.

7. Select the option "reboot system now" and confirm with Volume Up(+).
