1. Phone need to turn off.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the POWER and Volume UP button for a few seconds.

3. After that, you need to release the left buttons when the Huawei logo appears on the screen.

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and confirm the selection by the POWER button.
