Keychron has updated its lineup of branded mechanical keyboards with the release of the P6 Ultra. This full-size model features a numeric keypad, customizable software, and quiet switches, and its chassis can be easily disassembled for maintenance and repair. The Keychron P6 Ultra supports an 8 kHz polling rate and operates for up to 660 hours on a single battery charge in wireless mode (up to 200 hours with backlighting). There are three connection options to choose from: USB cable, Bluetooth 5.3, and a 2.4 GHz radio channel via a separate dongle. One of the keyboard's standout features is its chassis, which can be disassembled without special tools. However, this design choice has made the new model relatively large: it stands 22.25 mm tall. The keyboard is available in versions with Silk POM Red, Brown, or Banana switches (all with a lifespan of up to 50 million clicks). Customization is possible via the Keychron Launcher utility or a web interface. The price of the Keychron P6 Ultra in the U.S. market is $199. |
