Hisense has added a new gaming monitor to its lineup: the G7 Pro. The model features a large screen with slim bezels and the ability to operate in two modes, allowing users to adjust key settings depending on the gaming scenario.

By default, the 27-inch monitor screen has a resolution of 3840x2160 pixels and a refresh rate of 180 Hz. In the alternative mode (1080p), it reaches up to 360 Hz. The display features an anti-glare coating for comfortable viewing in bright lighting.

Among other specifications, the manufacturer highlights 1,152 local dimming zones, a peak brightness of up to 2,000 cd/m², and 99% coverage of the DisplayP3 color gamut. The set of interfaces includes DisplayPort 1.4 and USB-CWith the continued success of the USB interface, there exists a need to adapt USB technology to serve newer computing platforms and devices as they trend toward smaller, thinner and lighter form-factors. Many of these newer platforms and devices are reaching a point where existing USB receptacles and plugs are inhibiting innovation, especially given the relatively large size and internal volume constraints of the Standard-A and Standard-B versions of USB connectors.. ports. The monitor comes with a stand that allows for height and tilt adjustment and supports VESA mounting.

Sales of the Hisense G7 Pro in the Chinese market will begin on May 8 at a price of $440.
