1. To start, turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Next, press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.

3. Select Clear Data. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items, and press the POWER button to confirm the operation.

4. Select Factory Reset.

5. Repeat again on Factory Reset.

6. Return to the main menu and select Restart.

7. Overload the phone, select reboot system now and confirm the selection using the POWER button.
