1. To start the Hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.

2. After that, you need to press and hold the Volume down and POWER and POWER together for a few seconds.

9. Select from the menu Yes - Delete All user data and press the POWER button.

10. Select from the menu reboot system now and press the POWER button.
