1. To start the Hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.

2. After that, you need to press and hold the Volume Up(+) button and the Volume Down button button within a few seconds.

3. After that, you need to release the kept buttons when you see a new menu on the screen.

4. To select Recovery mode, click Volume Up(+) once.

5. Press and hold the POWER button to open the Recovery mode menu.
