1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press the Volume Up(+) button along with the POWER button for a few seconds.

3. Release all the keys when the Blu logo appears.

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to wipe data / factory reset and confirm with the POWER button.

5. You need to confirm the reset operation, select Yes and press the POWER button, to confirm the selection.
