1. Turn off the phone with the POWER button.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the POWER button and the Volume Down button button within a few seconds.

3. Release all keys when Factory Mode appears on the screen.

4. Select Volume Up(+)/Down(-) Use the option Clear EMMC and confirm with POWER button.
