1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. At the same time, press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER button for a few seconds.

3. Release all the keys as soon as the ASUS Zenfone logo appears on the screen.

4. Press the Volume Down(-) button to select the Recovery parameter, and press the POWER button to confirm.

5. Once the Android logo appears on the screen, press and hold the POWER button.

6. Hold down the POWER button, press the Volume Up(+) button once.

8. Select Yes - Delete All User Data. Use the Volume Down(-) button to scroll and the POWER button to select.

9. Overload your phone, select reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm.
