1. To start hard reset, turn off the phone.

2. Press and hold the key combination Volume Up(+) and POWER for a few seconds.

3. When the ASUS Zenfone logo appears on the device screen, release both keys.

4. Select Recovery Use the Volume Down button and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.
