1. To start hard reset, turn off the phone.

2. At the same time, press the Volume Down(-) button and the POWER button for a few seconds.

3. The screen will appear menu with two options.

4. Using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons for scrolling and the POWER button to select, select Enter Recovery Model.
