General procedure #1

Insert a SIM card in phone which is not accepted.
You may have to select "unlock"
The LG phone will ask for the NCK code.
General procedure #2

Turn on phone with an accepted (allowed) SIM card. (Or try without SIM card.)
Enter this code: 2945#*code# or 1945#*code# where "code" is the numbers from the name of the phone (sometimes add 1). For example: if You have C2200 then the code is 2200 or 2201, so the complete code is: 2945#*2201# (or 2945#*2200#) if You have a C3310, the code is: 2945#*3311#. Please note nothing will happen after entering the code, except a new menu will appear in Settings>Security>network provider.
Go to "Menu" -> "Settings" -> "Security" -> "Network Provider" then select "Deactivate".
Now enter NCK code, then press OK.
If the right NCK was entered, the phone is unlocked.

What is it always happen .. That my SD CARD turns to phone storage it always default phone storage .. It tickles when I really have to change the storage again .. Is there's a problem with my LG K5 or on my SD CARD !? please I really need answer so I can solved my smartfone's problem .. Icant install apps properly .. Thank you Reply
