Insert a SIM card in phone which is not accepted.
You may have to select "unlock"
The LG phone will ask for the NCK code.
General procedure #2

Turn on phone with an accepted (allowed) SIM card. (Or try without SIM card.)
Enter this code: 2945#*code# or 1945#*code# where "code" is the numbers from the name of the phone (sometimes add 1). For example: if You have C2200 then the code is 2200 or 2201, so the complete code is: 2945#*2201# (or 2945#*2200#) if You have a C3310, the code is: 2945#*3311#. Please note nothing will happen after entering the code, except a new menu will appear in Settings>Security>network provider.
Go to "Menu" -> "Settings" -> "Security" -> "Network Provider" then select "Deactivate".
Now enter NCK code, then press OK.
If the right NCK was entered, the phone is unlocked.

Hello, can not switch hide/show phone number option on slot sim1 hs870ds. Once turned it on "hide phone number" and now the option in not active. Same option on slot sim2 is workable fine. Who knows, why it may be deactivated? How switch it on "show number" ? *#77#, *77#, #77# codes do not work - hs870ds says smth like "incorrect code mmi" Reply
