General procedure #1

Insert a SIM card in phone which is not accepted.
You may have to select "unlock"
The LG phone will ask for the NCK code.
General procedure #2

Turn on phone with an accepted (allowed) SIM card. (Or try without SIM card.)
Enter this code: 2945#*code# or 1945#*code# where "code" is the numbers from the name of the phone (sometimes add 1). For example: if You have C2200 then the code is 2200 or 2201, so the complete code is: 2945#*2201# (or 2945#*2200#) if You have a C3310, the code is: 2945#*3311#. Please note nothing will happen after entering the code, except a new menu will appear in Settings>Security>network provider.
Go to "Menu" -> "Settings" -> "Security" -> "Network Provider" then select "Deactivate".
Now enter NCK code, then press OK.
If the right NCK was entered, the phone is unlocked.

Hi I have an LG G5 locked to the Sprint network for unpaid bill I got the phone unlocked on eBay I'm able to send and receive text messages and phone calls however I have no data the only thing I can use as WiFi I tried to modify the APN settings it is not an option it keeps asking for a service code how do I get around this Reply
