AMD Announces Price for the Ryzen 9 9950X3D2 Processor |

AMD Vice President David McAfee revealed the launch date and MSRP for the latest Ryzen 9 9950X3D2 Dual Edition processor with increased 3D V-Cache. The official price is not as high as expected, but the chip is still significantly more expensive than its base version. The AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D2 will go on sale internationally on April 22 at a recommended retail price of $899. By comparison, the standard Ryzen 9 9950X3D version costs $699 (almost 30% less). AMD's new flagship features 16 cores and can reach up to 5.6 GHz in Turbo Boost mode. It has 192 MB of L3 cache, and 208 MB of cache in total when combined with L2. The maximum TDP is 200 W. |
