Titan Army Unveils a 1060 Hz Gaming Monitor

Chinese company Titan Army has unveiled its new U275M gaming monitor with two operating modes. It can switch between different resolutions, boosting the refresh rate to an impressive 1060 Hz, making the monitor one of the fastest on the market.

The new model features a 27-inch panel with a native QHDQHD (Quad High Definition) is a resolution standard for high-end monitors, televisions and mobile devices. QHD is specified as 2560x1440 pixels at a16x9 aspect ratio, four times that of 720p standard high definition. Ultra wide QHD boosts the horizontal pixels to 3440 for a 21x9 aspect ratio. QHD is a resolution suitable to large-size screens. On mobile devices, given the 5.5 inch screens, QHD makes for a very high pixel density of 538dpi. QHD is on the horizon for higher end smartphones. resolution and a refresh rate of up to 565 Hz. When switched to HD, ?turbo? mode is activated, increasing the refresh rate to 1060 Hz. This makes the model suitable for both regular gaming and esports.

Additionally, the manufacturer is promoting DyDs 2.0 technology?a backlight control system designed to reduce motion blur and image ?flickering.?

The display is claimed to have color accuracy with a Delta E < 1 and uses a Quantum Dot layer to enhance brightness and saturation. HDR600 certification and Ambient Backlighting are also listed.
