Redmi Note 14 Pro and Redmi Note 14 Pro+ smartphones were unveiled in China. The smartphones boast high-quality screens, powerful processors, capacious batteries with support for fast charging and the presence of water protection. Both smartphones feature a side-curved 6.67-inch OLED  OLED technology was invented by Eastman Kodak in the early 1980s. OLED panels are made from organic (carbon based) materials that emit light when electricity is applied through them. Since OLEDs do not require a backlight and filters (unlike LCD displays), they are more efficient, simpler to make, and much thinner. OLEDs have a great picture quality - brilliant colors, fast response rate and a wide viewing angle. OLEDs can also be used to make OLED lighting - thin, efficient and without any bad metals.screen with Full HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 12-bit color depth, up to 3000 nits brightness and 1920Hz PWM dimming. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2 tempered glass.The older Redmi Note 14 Pro+ model is based on Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC and is equipped with Xiaomi Pascal T1 signal enhancement chip. The regular Redmi Note 14 Pro gets a MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra chipset. A 6200mAh silicon-carbon battery with 90W charging support is responsible for the battery life of the Pro+ version, while the base model sports a 5500mAh battery with 45W charging support. The Redmi Note 14 Pro+ is equipped with a 50-megapixel camera with Light Fusion 800 sensor and optical stabilization, a 50MP portrait telephoto camera with 2.5x optical zoom and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle module. The regular Redmi Note 14 Pro gets a main camera with a 50MP Sony LYT-600 sensor and f/1.5 lens aperture, an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro camera. Both smartphones are compliant with IP66, IP68 IP (or "Ingress Protection") ratings are defined in international standard EN 60529 (British BS EN 60529:1992, European IEC 60509:1989). They are used to define levels of sealing effectiveness of electrical enclosures against intrusion from foreign bodies (tools, dirt etc) and moisture. The numbers that follow IP each have a specific meaning. The first indicates the degree of protection (of people) from moving parts, as well as the protection of enclosed equipment from foreign bodies. The second defines the protection level that the enclosure enjoys from various forms of moisture (drips, sprays, submersion etc). and IP69 dust and water resistance standards. Other features include stereo speakers, an under-screen fingerprint scanner, IR port and NFC.The price of the Redmi Note 14 Pro starts at $213 for the 8 + 128GB version.
