1. Turn off the phone with the POWER button.

2. For a few seconds, press the Volume UP and POWER button simultaneously.

3. Release the POWER button when the Android logo appears.

4. Release the Volume Up(+) button when it appears Recovery mode.

5. Select from the menu wipe data / factory reset using the Volume down button to go through the menu items and Volume Up(+) to confirm.

6. Confirm the reset operation, select Yes and confirm by clicking Volume Up(+).

7. Overload the phone, select reboot system now and confirm by clicking Volume Up(+).
