1. To start the Hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.

2. Connect the USB cable type C to the charger and connect this cable to the mobile phone.

3. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER button for a few seconds.

4. When Recovery Mode appears on the screen of your phone, release both keys.

5. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset, and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.
