1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Hold down the POWER and Volume Up(+) key combination to enter Boot Mode.

3. In download mode, use Volume Up(+) to navigate and Volume Down(-) to select.

4. Select Recovery Mode.

5. After the Android robot appears on the screen, press the POWER button once to enter Recovery Mode.

6. In recovery mode, select the wipe data / factory reset option using Volume Down(-) to navigate and Volume Up(+) to select.

7. Select option Yes - delete all user data to confirm press Volume Up(+).
