| We have inherited a Note 9 Pro. It does not have SIMs or CD cards. The battery has recharged okay and it opens with a home screen with a message "Swipe up to unlock". When I do it opens an Enter Password screen with the instruction "Entering your password is required when the device reboots" I have no idea what this password would be. Question. Is there a way to get this password, or do I just do a factory reset with the code you gave above? | ||
