Insert a SIM card in phone which is not accepted.
You may have to select "unlock"
The LG phone will ask for the NCK code.
General procedure #2

Turn on phone with an accepted (allowed) SIM card. (Or try without SIM card.)
Enter this code: 2945#*code# or 1945#*code# where "code" is the numbers from the name of the phone (sometimes add 1). For example: if You have C2200 then the code is 2200 or 2201, so the complete code is: 2945#*2201# (or 2945#*2200#) if You have a C3310, the code is: 2945#*3311#. Please note nothing will happen after entering the code, except a new menu will appear in Settings>Security>network provider.
Go to "Menu" -> "Settings" -> "Security" -> "Network Provider" then select "Deactivate".
Now enter NCK code, then press OK.
If the right NCK was entered, the phone is unlocked.

I have a lg_g flex unlocked to sny carrirer. Nothing wrong when i put my sim card. I was asking my phone company to help me out with an issue i had with my account,well long story short when i disconnected with them i happen to look on my about section checked statusi seen my number but i cant make calls or recieve them the same with messaging. my sim workes in a different unlocked phone just not im my lg.is there a code i can use to see if my phone has been messed with by the company.
