My HT50 is being odd. The on off button does not work. If I connect the charger then the phone switches the screen on and the phone works until the screen time out time is reached. If I disconnect the charger then the screen switches back on. I cannot soft boot because the on off button does not work. Is this going to be fixed by a factory reboot? Reply
