Chinese company KTC has released the G27P6M monitor, equipped with a 4th generation LG Primary RGB Tandem OLED OLED technology was invented by Eastman Kodak in the early 1980s. OLED panels are made from organic (carbon based) materials that emit light when electricity is applied through them. Since OLEDs do not require a backlight and filters (unlike LCD displays), they are more efficient, simpler to make, and much thinner. OLEDs have a great picture quality - brilliant colors, fast response rate and a wide viewing angle. OLEDs can also be used to make OLED lighting - thin, efficient and without any bad metals.panel. The new product has a set of features that are relevant for gaming models at a relatively low price.
The monitor's 26.5-inch display with a resolution of 1440p supports a refresh rate of 280 Hz and a peak brightness of 335/550 cd/m² in SDR/HDR mode. It claims to cover 99% of the P3 color gamut and 95% of Adobe RGB (Delta E < 2).
The model's set of interfaces includes two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4 and one USB-C With the continued success of the USB interface, there exists a need to adapt USB technology to serve newer computing platforms and devices as they trend toward smaller, thinner and lighter form-factors. Many of these newer platforms and devices are reaching a point where existing USB receptacles and plugs are inhibiting innovation, especially given the relatively large size and internal volume constraints of the Standard-A and Standard-B versions of USB connectors.., a hub for two USB-A and a 3.5 mm audio jack. In addition, two 5-watt speakers are built into the body of the new product.
The included stand allows you to adjust the height of the screen (up to 120 mm) and the tilt angle (from -5 to 20 degrees), as well as rotate it to portrait orientation. The KTC G27P6M is already available in China for $422.
