TP-Link's latest innovation is the Archer GE400 router, designed with gamers in mind. The device supports the latest Wi-Fi The new device has a claimed throughput of up to 6.5 Gbps (5765 Mbps in the 5 GHz band and 688 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band). 4K-QAM and Multi-Link Operation (MLO) technologies are used to increase connection speed, reduce latency, and improve connection stability under heavy network load. A 4-core processor is responsible for the router's performance. The set of interfaces includes two Ethernet ports (2.5 Gbps) and three Gigabit ports, as well as one USB-A port (5 Gbps). Turbo Game Acceleration (traffic prioritization for gaming applications and devices) and Game QoS (latency minimization) features are supported. EasyMesh technology allows you to extend coverage by connecting additional compatible TP-Link routers, while the HomeShield security package provides protection against malware and blocks DDoS attacks. The Archer GE400's aggressive contours and RGB lighting are inspired by the styling of race cars. The new product is already available in the US market for $169. |
