Keychron has unveiled the Q12 HE wireless keyboard, designed with gamers in mind. Key features of the model include Hall effect switches and support for three connection modes, as well as an unusual layout for the numeric keypad. The Keychron Q12 HE has a ?75%? layout and a NumPad located on the left: according to the manufacturer, this design allows the keyboard to be shifted to the left, maintaining a comfortable hand position while freeing up more space for the gaming mouse. In the upper left corner, there is a rotary switch, which is set to volume control by default. The keyboard is ?packed? in an aluminum case with sound-absorbing inserts. Its design is based on Gateron Magnetic Nebula magnetic switches, complemented by double-layer PBT keycaps and customizable RGB backlighting. Another feature of the model is a hardware switch between Windows and macOS layouts. The Keychron Q12 HE has a polling rate of 1 kHz. The QMK firmware supports full key remapping and other settings via the proprietary Keychron Launcher utility.
