Honor has unveiled the Pad 10 Pro tablet. The model's standout features include a slim body, a high-refresh-rate display with stylus support, and the ability to transform into a laptop thanks to a keyboard cover with a touchpad.
The Honor Pad 10 Pro is housed in a 6.1 mm-thick aluminum body and features an 11.5-inch IPS In Plane Switching (IPS) panels are an expensive option but they have excellent colour accuracy and far greater viewing angles then TN and VA panels (Not that we condone slouching while gaming). They are great for graphics design and photo editing. However, the only downside to IPS panels if that they can sometimes have a slower response time than TN panels. This is the only real problem if you’re a very competitive gamer or want to game in 3D. As of late “IPS” has become a big marketing word. Step into an Apple store and you would be hard pressed talking to someone that didn’t mention Apple’s “brand new IPS Displays!” In fact, Apple is probably one of the biggest marketers of this “new-found” technology. As a business person myself, this is when you have to tip your hat to Apple’s awesome marketing machine. Why? Well, because IPS is actually nothing new. In fact, this technology was originally invented in 1996 by Hitachi..display (10-bit, 2800x1840 pixels, 144 Hz). The display supports HDR HDR stands for High Dynamic Range imaging, and it is an old photography practice recently introduced to cameraphones like the iPhone and some Android devices (or with the use of special apps). Vivid and Zreal technologies and meets IMAX Enhanced certification requirements. Peak brightness is 500 nits. The ?matte? version features a screen with an anti-glare coating that reduces reflections by 98%.
A 10,100 mAh battery powers the device, while performance is handled by a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor paired with 12/256 GB of memory. The audio system includes four speakers with DTS:X support, certified for IMAX Enhanced and Hi-Res Audio.
The tablet runs on Android 16 with the MagicOS 10 interface, which supports a range of useful AI features. These include the AI Magic Lasso feature for converting handwritten text to digital, a math formula recognizer, an audio-to-text translation feature, and note summarization.
As an optional accessory, the company offers customers a keyboard case with a touchpad and the Honor Magic-Pencil 4s stylus, which features 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity and two types of tips (soft and hard).
The Honor Pad 10 Pro is already on sale in China for $392; the version with an anti-glare coating costs $421.
