TP-Link has unveiled its new TL-7DR3600 router in China. Its key feature is the combination of an affordable price with a modern feature set on par with some more expensive home models. The TP-Link TL-7DR3600 supports 4K QAM modulation and Multi-Link Operation (MLO), as well as multi-channel signal aggregation for simultaneous use of two bands. The router's total throughput across the 2.4 + 5 GHz bands is up to 3.57 Gbps. This new model is equipped with omnidirectional antennas that track connected devices to optimize signal coverage. An AI-based interference suppression feature adapts to signals from nearby networks to ensure a stable connection. The router's chassis features four configurable Ethernet ports. For example, you can convert two of them into WAN ports or designate one for a gaming PC/console to prioritize traffic. The list of features is rounded out by parental controls, EasyMesh technology for quickly expanding network coverage, and management via the TP-Link mobile app or cloud platform. The price of this new model in China is $25. |
