TECNO has expanded its flagship smartphone series with the release of the CAMON 50 Pro 5G. The new model resembles the Ultra version both in appearance and hardware specifications, but features a larger battery. The front panel of the CAMON 50 Pro 5G features a 6.78-inch AMOLED  AMOLED, which stands for Active Matrix OLED, is a hybrid display technology that pairs the active matrix backplane from a traditional TFT display with an OLED display. As a result of their active matrix natures, AMOLED displays have faster pixel switching response times than do traditional OLED displays, which are prone to ghosting when displaying fast moving animations.display with 1.5K resolution and a 144 Hz refresh rate. At the heart of the smartphone is the Dimensity 7400 Ultimate processor, paired with 12/256 GB of memory in the top configuration.The rear camera module includes a 50MP Sony LYT700C main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle module, and a 50MP telephoto lens (3x optical zoom). A 50-megapixel front-facing camera is used for selfies and video calls. The TECNO CAMON 50 Pro 5G's battery life is powered by a 6,500 mAh battery with support for 45-watt fast charging. The list of features is rounded out by IP68 IP (or "Ingress Protection") ratings are defined in international standard EN 60529 (British BS EN 60529:1992, European IEC 60509:1989). They are used to define levels of sealing effectiveness of electrical enclosures against intrusion from foreign bodies (tools, dirt etc) and moisture. The numbers that follow IP each have a specific meaning. The first indicates the degree of protection (of people) from moving parts, as well as the protection of enclosed equipment from foreign bodies. The second defines the protection level that the enclosure enjoys from various forms of moisture (drips, sprays, submersion etc). + IP69K protection, Android 16 with the HiOS 16 skin, and an optical fingerprint scanner.The smartphone is available in black, green, purple, and gray. The 8/256 GB version is priced at $332 in the Indonesian market, while the 12/256 GB configuration costs $361. Sales of the CAMON 50 Pro 5G begin on March 26. |
