TCL has unveiled a gaming monitor with the index 27R94, aimed at gamers with powerful graphics cards. The new product combines high resolution and fast response times with bright mini-LED backlighting, and also features a striking ?gaming? design. The monitor is equipped with a 27-inch display with a resolution of 3840x2160 pixels, a refresh rate of up to 165 Hz, and a response time of 1 ms (GtG). The peak brightness of the mini-LED backlight with 2304 dimming zones, according to the brand, is up to 1600 cd/m². The new product also supports AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-SYNC technologies. The set of interfaces on the rear panel includes HDMI and USB-C  With the continued success of the USB interface, there exists a need to adapt USB technology to serve newer computing platforms and devices as they trend toward smaller, thinner and lighter form-factors. Many of these newer platforms and devices are reaching a point where existing USB receptacles and plugs are inhibiting innovation, especially given the relatively large size and internal volume constraints of the Standard-A and Standard-B versions of USB connectors.. (90 W) ports, a USB hub with Type-A ports, and a KVM switch. Other features include decorative RGB backlighting and the ability to connect to two signal sources simultaneously with screen splitting.The price and release date of the TCL 27R94 have not yet been announced. |
