Sony has announced the upcoming premiere of three new Bravia series TVs, including the premium Bravia 8 II model with a quantum dot OLED ![]() In addition to the flagship screen, Sony Bravia 8 II will be equipped with the XR processor with neural network-based scene recognition technology. It will be able to complete missing details in real time to keep the picture sharp in complex scenes. The second novelty of the brand will be the Bravia 5 model, which received a mini-LED screen with a diagonal of up to 98 inches and proprietary technology Backlight Master Drive, which reduces digital noise and improves image contrast, eliminating the halo effect when displaying bright objects on a dark background. The company also revealed the Bravia 2 II TV with Direct LED backlighting instead of the Edge LED of the previous model in the series. Thanks to this, viewing angles are wider and color reproduction - more accurate. This TV can be bought in modifications with a screen diagonal from 43 to 75 inches, the refresh rate in all cases will be 60 Hz. All future novelties will receive support for image upscaling function up to 4K. Prices and the date of the beginning of sales have not yet been announced. |
