Sony has released LinkBuds Clip, open-type wireless clip-on headphones. They are lightweight for comfortable all-day wear, IPX4 water-resistant, and offer long battery life with a wide range of sound settings. LinkBuds Clip are equipped with 10 mm drivers and support Bluetooth SBC and AAC codecs, Sony DSEE upscaling technology, 360 Reality Audio immersive sound technology, and a 10-band equalizer with settings via the Sony Sound Connect app. There are touch controls, quick access functions, and a scenario-based listening mode that adapts the sound to the surrounding environment. Connection is via Bluetooth 5.3 with the ability to pair with two devices at once. According to the company, the LinkBuds Clip's battery life reaches 37 hours when recharged from the case, and a quick 3-minute recharge provides an entire hour of listening time. Sony LinkBuds Clip are available in black, beige, green, and lavender for $230. Clip cases and ear tips can be purchased directly from Sony for $25. |
