The back panel of the device is finished in eco-leather, which is not typical for Samsung. There is also a record-breaking 50-megapixel front camera. Samsung Corporation announced the release of a low-cost smartphone Galaxy C55. Essentially - it's the Galaxy M55 for the Chinese market, but it still has a couple of interesting differences. For example, the back panel of the Galaxy C55 is finished with eco-leather, which is typical for many Chinese smartphone manufacturers, but not typical for Samsung. Usually, the South Korean brand does not experiment with materials and uses plastic in affordable smartphones and glass in more expensive ones. There's also a 50-megapixel front-facing camera here, which at the moment only the Galaxy M55 has. This is a record-breaking resolution for selfies in the brand's devices. For comparison, the S24 Ultra has a front camera of 12 megapixels. On the back, there is a triple camera with 50, 8 and 2 megapixel lenses. As for other specifications: 6.7-inch Super AMOLED+ display with 120Hz and a maximum brightness of 1000 nits, there is support for Always-On Display. The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor and has from 8GB of RAM  Random Access Memory (RAM) is the place in a computer where the operating system, application programs, and data in current use are kept so that they can be quickly reached by the computers processor.. The battery capacity was 5000 mAh and the charging power is 45W.
